Domobar Super provides great steam performance and extraction temperature regulation: you can adjust the temperature to the degree and determine the perfect extraction curve for your coffee quality.

TECHNOLOGY

Pressure profiles signal the regular operation of the heating element and the presence of water in the tray. The synthetic material tray is light and easy to handle and eliminates the risk of scratches and bumps on the edges. A special scratch-resistant treatment makes it dishwasher-safe. There is an overflow indicator that tracks the maximum water level in the tray. A level sensor keeps the level of the water tank monitored at all times. A dedicated LED indicates the need for refilling. Temperature and extraction adjustments, in digital and electronic versions, are accessible from the 3.5’ touch display, as well as other daily operation functions. Meter sessions can also be accessed, intercepting anomalies and alarms. The display is a true control centre for all machine parameters. There is an Eco mode, to lower the temperature of the machine during idle times and achieve significant energy savings. The knobs and dispensing lever have an ergonomic shape that allows more precise dispensing of water and steam, giving character to the machine’s design.

The Dual Boiler system consists of a double boiler: one dedicated to the extraction of espresso and the other dedicated to the delivery of steam and hot water for tea.

Personalise your Domobar: a dedicated range of colours will allow you to integrate it harmoniously into any environment. When you feel like changing, you can give your machine a new look: the side panels are fixed by magnets to allow them to be easily removed and replaced at any time with others in different colours.

NEW SOFTWARE

• New and easily-readable graph. The graph displayed during the extraction shows the real time data for both the count-up in seconds and the pressure levels. Now it is possible to view both the count up seconds in real time and the real time pressure.
• Changeable pressure profiles during extraction. If pressure profiles are activated, you can set up 7 customized segments and easily skip from one segment to the other during the extraction using the new arrows displayed under the graph.
• Manual profiling. If you switch to manual profiling, you will also be able to manually adjust the extraction pressure as you brew.
• Improved user interface. With the new software, the machine will give you direct access to the desired menu with a single click. For example, if you touch the temperature icon you will open the temperature settings; if you click the boiler icon, you will access the option to activate or deactivate it.
• Sound options. You will be able to enable or disable the beep sound with just a touch.
• Energy saving button. When the machine enters energy saving mode, the steam boiler will adjust to 90°C and the brew boiler to 70°C. You can set an automatic activation time of your choice or manually activate it by pressing the button.
